My wife and grand baby stopped by to pick up a poker chip on our way back home from New Orleans. As usual we started looking at the inventory. We both have bad backs and started looking at the Trikes. "This is what we should get if we ever get one". Josh came over and introduced himself and asked if we were interested. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. My wife talked me into submitting an application. "No way was I going to get approved for a Harley". I did it anyway and Josh came back and said OK he we go. I was shocked! He worked with me on a few things and before I knew it, I had purchased a Harley-Davidson trike. Josh and his Dad made everything so easy. I was very nervous but by the time I drove off on my H-D trike I was only excited about by purchase. The 3 hour ride back home was amazing. Picked up my 16 Ultra Limited today, could not be happier ! New shocks, new rear tire, front wheel bearing, new front brakes, brake flush and coolant service. 3 hole oil change plus plus all the Live to Ride stuff I could get ! Thank you Freddie and Thomas for great help and thanks to the guys in the shop ! Wonderful experience ! My dealership !!!

Besides the excellent class and instructors for the new rider course, today even exemplified why I choose to drive all the way to your dealership over my local one. Your customer service is too notch! Store and selection are plentiful and well organized. From clothing to parts to service everyone I came in contact was very helpful and friendly. As I was leaving town to head back home, I stopped off at the school training site to see if anyone was out there. No one was, but I decided to sit and rest a few. When I went to leave I accidentally lost balance and dropped the bike down landing on right side. I tried and tried to get it up , but finally gave in. I called the police and one of their finest and friendliest motorcycle cops came to help. We visited a few and yes I tried the technique Colleen taught us but I couldnt successfully get her standing. After the officer left, I waited a good 20-30 minutes to start her up, but it wouldnt. I didnt know anyone in Meridian to call except the shop and even though it was after closing, Pat answered and had Chris Cheddar come to my rescue. He was extremely polite and helpful and got me on my way safely! Thank you to all your staff from a new biker who was made to feel welcome and not like a burden!

I am a member of Blue Knights and our club ride was arriving at Chunky River from Laurel MS. As soon as we exited the interstate, the valve on my front tire blew. I limped to the shop door at Chunky River and there stood the Service Manager (I apologize and regret that I didn't get any names). He said he was watching us exit from his window and saw I had a problem. Within minutes, my motorcycle was in the shop and on a lift. There were some quotes and I wasn't sure how much this adventure was going to end up costing, but then, my mechanic came out the door and told me it was just the valve and not the tire. The tire could still be used and he would replace the valve with no problem. I could have been 'bait on the hook' but they took great care of me. I have been riding most of my life and everyone has ALWAYS spoken highly of Chunky River HD; now I know why.

Sales manager, service & parts dept, basically entire staff are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Ive owned many bikes but never a Harley. I contacted many dealers but they were a little short with me like they were too busy. So I sent the guys at Chunky River an email asking about a Harley 48. Within 15 min I was contacted by Cheddar. I was surprised by the fast response and he gave me all the information I asked for and then some. So we made the trip down to Meridian. I walked in the dealer and was greeted by the girls at the front desk. They were very nice and all smiles, made me feel right at home. Cheddar had everything ready to go when I walked in the door. I finally got to ring the bell, made some new friends, and rode home on my new Harley 48. I couldn't ask for a better experience buying my first Harley. Chunky River Harley Davidson is BY FAR the best dealer in the state. Thanks again guys. Ill be sending buddies your way.

Brought my bike in for a fuel related problem and Doug and Randy really went out of there way to make sure my bike got fixed and I was back on the road. I SHOULD OF POSTED THIS WITHIN THE YEAR BUT HERE I AM....I PURCHASED 2 TIRES,HAD THE FRONT BEARING'S CHECKED, BOUGHT A FEW SHIRTS,CUPS AND A PATCH AND I MUST SAY THAT EVERY TIME I WALKED IN CHUNKY RIVER I FELT LIKE FAMILY.EVERYONE THERE ARE SO HELPFUL AND NICE.THE FEW EVENTS HELD THERE THAT I'M ABLE TO MAKE ARE SO GREAT AND FUN.THANKS TO ALL @ CHUNKY RIVER HARLEY...

Was recently on a trip back home to Texas passing through Meridian and had some engine troubles with my 03 Electra Glide. It was late in the evening near closing time when I arrived. The diagnosis wasn't good. These guys took me to a nearby hotel came back and picked me up the next day. Helped me get my bike loaded for the trip back home. I couldn't ask for any better service and treatment than the staff here provided. 2 thumbs up to everyone and I will stop back by on my next trip through Meridian. Y'all are great and Thanks again!

We were on a trip from Louisiana to Atlanta and stopped to browse the Chunky River store and pick up a couple of t-shirts (excellent sales staff). Went to unlock the travel trunk on my 2 1/2 week old Road Glide Ultra and could barely get the key to move the mechanism. After opening the trunk it would not close because the latch part was in the way. Talked to the service department and told him we were traveling and I could not close my trunk. He took the bike immediately and had a tech fix it. We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Big thank you to a great dealer and service department! Richard Pollock, LA

I bought a Ultra Classic just over a week ago from Gena I had to go back in for my first service today. I have delt with Harley dealers in the past that were good. But Chunky River service was GREAT. I was there for just 2 hours I was met at the door by Gena with coffee, not only did they service my bike fast they even washed it for me. If you are looking for a harley, Chunky River is the only place to go.

I bought 2011 black matte street glide back in august of 2011. Still love my bike and still feel fantastic everytime i ride it. ai cant express the pride and satisfaction of ownig a harley for the first time in my life. I have rode metric bikes all my life and thought the harley drama was a lot of bunk. I know now what i was missing. All i can say is go ahead and bite the harley bullet you want regret it. When you ride up to a bunch of riders , it doesnt matter how pretty that metric bike is you still feel like a step child till you get off a harley.Im 59 years old and feel likeim 25 again.

Well, it's been almost a year since I purchased my 2011 FLTRU from the Dealership there in Mississippi. Purchased my bike on the way back from Dayton Bike week 2011, traded in a 2008 FLTR. While I do not get to frequent the dealership, I do frequent their sister dealership, Whisky River HD in Texarkana, Tx. What's really amazing is that my first trip into their sister dealership is that they knew me by name and what I had purchased from Chunky River. Both dealerships have some great folks working there and the dealership in Texarkana are always willing to take me into the shop and show me the custom bikes they are building. Just a great bunch of folks to deal with and visit. THANKS!!!......BTW...I have ridden a number of Harley's over the years and the FLTRU is one of the finest I've ever thrown my leg over!!

Calle to buy a few shirts sent up here, Pa. Not sure who Ispoke with. I think her initials are MLA? If not---whoever it was is the BEST !! We chatted for a few minutes to work out details like: sizes , colors, designs,etc. Shirts arrived toady, 1-20. These shirts are great !!!! She did me right. I'm more than happy with the shirts, thanks so much. Maybe riding your way this summer, 2-3 of us on a big ride. Hope to be able to stop and say thanks in person. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I appreciate the fact that Kris was straight forward and honest regarding pricing and financing. Pat was very accommodating while I finding the perfect bike. Thomas has been exceptionally helpful with maintenance scheduling, trouble shooting, parts procurement and accessory procurement.
